Some people wait years before their creative talents are recognized. Robert Keith waited less than 24 hours. It was 2005 and Keith, a fashion photographer looking for a new challenge, had just made his first piece of fine jewelry: a gold ring that looked like a miniature version of a ship's anchor chain.
When the 1941 Quonset hut that housed Hoorsenbuhs’s Santa Monica atelier was scheduled for demolition, the first reaction of the fine jewelry line’s founders, Robert Keith and Kether Parker, was resistance; after all, the iron structure’s rustic feel was the perfect complement to Keith’s opulent industrial designs, favored by style savvy celebs like David Beckham, Katie Holmes, Mary Kate Olsen and Rihanna.
We continue the HOORSENBUHS® tradition, trading riches for riches, on a lavish quest to shower fortunes on those who seek abundance.
